Our commitment

We aim to make the website and future student services usable with keyboards, screen readers, clear content structure and responsive layouts across common devices.

How we design

We use semantic page structure, visible keyboard focus, readable text, language-aware pages and colour choices that support clear contrast. We test public pages on mobile as well as desktop.

Known limits

Some content and third-party services may not yet meet every accessibility need. We prioritise improvements that affect access to admissions, student information and essential services.

Report a barrier

If a feature is difficult to use, tell us what you were trying to do, the device or assistive technology you used, and the page involved. We will use that feedback to improve the service.
